As Mayor, it gives me great pride and excitement to welcome you to the Hammond Sportsplex and Community Center, one of the Midwest’s premier youth and college sports facilities. This state-of-the-art complex is not only a hub for athletic development and healthy competition, but serves as a place where our community spirit thrives. Whether you're here to train, compete, or cheer from the stands, this facility represents the heart of our commitment to providing high-quality recreational opportunities for all.

Since its inception in 2018, the Hammond Sportsplex has become a top destination in the Midwest for youth and collegiate sports, from volleyball to soccer to basketball and much more. This facility also plays a crucial role in fostering local talent and attracting regional competitions, which support our city's economic development and put Hammond on the map as a destination for sports enthusiasts of all ages.
